1. Device Information

In order to adapt to different terminal types used by users and provide consistent services, we will read the following device information when users use our products:

Device model, device version, operating system: In order to adapt to different terminals, provide corresponding interface display.

IDFV (iOS only): used to count the number of terminals installed by a single paying user. (A single user can install paid content on up to 3 terminals)

MAC address (only for Hongmeng and Android): used to count the number of terminals installed by a single paying user. (The same user can use paid content on up to 5 terminals)

Device sensor (only for Hongmeng and Android): reads the orientation data of the terminal when the user uses the product, and is used to provide an appropriate interface display.

IP address: To meet the needs of network security for log collection.

2. Permission Information

Specific permissions that users are required to grant during software installation or use to ensure that the software functions normally.

Use microphone: Use the microphone for voice input when the user reads aloud. (This permission is only used in "Let's Learn Pinyin")

Read and write storage permissions: to obtain the resources needed for the normal operation of the APP, and to download, save and read learning materials.

Network permissions: In order to display real-time information to users (such as "User Agreement" and "Privacy Agreement") and download paid learning materials, the platform needs to obtain users' network permissions.

3. Log information

When users use our products, the platform will automatically collect some of your and/or your child's behaviors when using the app and save them as network logs, including opening/closing the product and clicking events of important modules in the product. Log information will be saved anonymously. Logs are only used for us to understand the overall usage of the product and as reference data for subsequent optimization and upgrades.

II . Inquiry, Correction, and Cancellation of Personal Information

After entering our product, click " Settings " in the upper left corner of the screen. After entering, you can view the personal information filled in by the user.

2. Correction of Personal Information

After entering our product, click " Settings " in the upper left corner of the screen and you can change your personal information after entering.

3. Cancellation of Personal Information

After entering our product, click " Settings " in the upper left corner of the screen, and then click the "Logout" function ("Logout" will only appear after the user authorizes login). After verifying the information, the platform will log out the user's account. For the process and content of logout, please refer to the guidance of the account logout interface. You know and understand that the act of canceling an account is irreversible. After you cancel your account, we will stop providing you with services and delete all information about your account.

V. Storage location, storage period, and handling of personal information after the expiration date

Personal information collected during the operation of our product series is stored in the People's Republic of China (Alibaba Cloud, Hangzhou, Zhejiang). Personal information will only be retained for the period required to achieve the purposes stated in this policy, unless there is a mandatory retention requirement by law. Transaction information will be retained for 3 years from the date of completion of the transaction ; user behavior will be retained for 1 year. We will anonymize the user behavior logs involved in the platform services. After the user's personal information exceeds the retention period, the platform will delete your personal information in accordance with the requirements of applicable laws .

3. We comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act

Our products comply with the relevant children's online privacy protection terms. We will not intentionally collect any personal information from children under the age of 13. If the child's name, gender and other related information are required during the product service process, the consent of the parent or guardian will be obtained. Any collected information will be strictly kept private. If you feel that such information has been collected due to our negligence, please contact us so that we can immediately obtain your consent or delete the relevant information. 4. Privacy Policy Modification
